In Soft Tissue and Remedial Therapy, the therapist uses a combination of techniques designed to address minor or chronic injuries or be used before and after a sports event. One technique is just a general massage which sometimes is what the patient needs to relax their muscles and mind and help eliminate everyday stress.

After long hours behind the desk, most people start experiencing lower back pain, tightness in the upper back, and headaches. The posture changes to more protracted shoulders and neck, leading to herniated discs and chronic back pain.
