Many times I hear from my clients, "I can't do that", "I am too old for that", or "I feel intimidated", and my answer always is, "There is not such a thing as I can't, or I am too old, and you can do everything as long as you believe it".

I will guide you through every step of your health and fitness journey, help you keep your food diary, and plan for every step you take.

  • Pay as you go session - £80
  • 1 session a week £70 per session (for 4 weeks) £280 for the month (saving £40)
  • 2 sessions a week £65 per session (for 4 weeks) £520 for the month (saving £120)
  • 3 sessions a week £60 per session (for 4 weeks) £720 for the month (saving £240)
  • This are the prices based on monthly subscription and are payed upfront for the month
